Description

This contract award notice is for the provision of a stock optimisation tool to support the delivery of Southampton City Council's Housing Asset Management Plan. The deployment of the stock optimisation tool will allow for better strategic management of the housing estate and better investment decisions to be made maximising the effect of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Capital Investment programme to improve the quality of the core housing stock. As part of the HRA's asset management strategy, there is a need to look at optimising the current housing stock with the portfolio. The purchase of the system will support the council in achieving this.
