## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(the "Council"\) is tendering for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide building surveying consultancy services to support and complement existing in-house resources in delivering a number of projects i\. Project 1 - Former Blackamoor Inn \("Blackamoor"\) Demolition and ground clearance of the former Blackamoor Including associated Party Wall works\. ii\. Project 2 - Former Fleece Public House \("Fleece"\) Demolition and ground clearance of the former Fleece Public House iii\. Project 3 - Development Plot 2 \("Plot 2"\) Demolition of redundant site structures and ground clearance and levelling of Plot 2, Carl Fogarty Way\.
