Repair, Service and Maintenance of Domestic Appliances

Great Places Housing Group is seeking to appoint several Service Providers to carry out Domestic (White Goods) Repairs. The contract will initially be for a period of twelve months with three further possible extensions available up to a total contract period of four years. Additional information: Great Places have in the region of 4000 appliances over the North West and estimate approximately 700 call outs within a twelve month period. It is anticipated that we may require more than one supplier for some lots. The current numbers of units for each lot is given in brackets, however numbers will be variable over the term of the contract. Lot One (364): Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancashire, Preston, South Ribble and Wyre Lot Two (1699): Manchester Lot Three (657): Bolton, Bury, Oldham and Rochdale Lot Four (569): Salford, St. Helens and Trafford Lot Five (92): Sheffield
