GB-Poole: DH318 Friends & Families Solution

Dorset HealthCare NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) requires a Patient Experience feedback service for collecting and reporting real time feedback from service users, carers, families and staff. The selected supplier of this service will be an experienced market research organisation who has previously worked to deliver a patient experience feedback service by capturing and reporting on feedback in healthcare settings.
