Preparation of a Barrow-in-Furness Proposition for the Future

Cumbria County Council, working closely with Barrow Borough Council and Cumbria LEP, are proposing to develop a new strategic proposition for Barrow-in-Furness; this would highlight the scale of opportunity within the town, the challenges it faces before setting out a clear, investible proposition to help transform its offer and to realise its full potential for its communities, the region and wider UK.
