## Description

The Official Receiver \(OR\), an employee of the Insolvency Service but acting independent from Government as a liquidator can in certain circumstances require the support of special managers to support with large scale liquidations/complex insolvencies\. Often referred to as National Interest Cases \(NIC\), the Official Receiver requires to have in a place a NIC Panel of special managers to be available to support as required within these activities
