## Description

To provide Building Cleaning Services to the Communal Areas of the 2 and 3 storey flats managed by Colchester Borough Homes \(CBH\) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council\. CBH manages 6,300 homes and 950 leasehold properties\. These properties encompass a variety of different builds of flats that date from the 1950s to the late 1970s and are spread across the borough of Colchester, in locations from rural villages to large estates\. The cleaning required will incorporate routine cleaning as stipulated within the tender specification\. Tenders should also note that TUPE will apply Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Expressions of Interest closes at 17:00 hrs on Wednesday 7th February 2018\. Tenders must be submitted via the portal by 12:00 \(noon\) on Monday 12th February 2018\. Please note that interviews will form part of the evaluation process and these will occur week commencing 19th February 2018\.
