NEET Reduction and Early Intervention Service for Young People in Sefton

The Council is seeking a Supplier to provide services to work with young people who are not engaged (or at risk of disengaging) in education, learning or employment who are aged 16-19 or up to age 25 with An Educational, Health and Care Plan and Care Leavers who are NEET (as agreed with the Council). In addition, the Supplier will provide services to younger people in year groups 9,10 and 11 who have been identified as being 'At Risk' of becoming NEET when they reach the age of 16 and 17.
