Tennis Court Coaching Brent Parks

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Quote for the Tennis coaching In Brent Parks contract opportunity.

The successful Bidders will be awarded a 24 month Licence with possible 12 month extension . This contract will commence on 09th November 2021 . This Agreement shall supersede and replace existing agreements and understandings currently in place between Brent Council and Coaches currently operating on these sites.

The quotation has been divided into 8 lots. Bidders are invited to submit for one, some or all lots.

Lot 1 Alperton Sports Ground Tennis Courts

Lot 2 Chelmsford Square Tennis Courts

Lot 3 Eton Grove Tennis Courts

Lot 4 King Edwards Park Wembley Tennis Courts

Lot 5 Preston Park Tennis Courts

Lot 6 Roe Green Tennis Courts

Lot 7 Woodcock Park Tennis Courts

Lot 8 Vale Farm Tennis Courts

Please see the specification in Part 3 for more information. The Authority may award services contract(s) for one, some or all lots following a compliant procurement process. This will allow flexibility not to award any Lot due to unforeseen circumstances and continue awards for the remaining lots.
