CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF TRAFFIC MODELLING, AIR QUALITY MODELLING, & OPTIONS EVALUATION SERVICES FOR EMISSIONS REDUCTION WITHIN BIRMINGHAM CLEAN AIR ZONE EXCEEDANCE AREAS

Description

This procurement exercise was carried out to contract with a supplier to carry out an appraisal of options to improve air quality levels within emissions exceedance areas in the Birmingham Clean Air Zone. The supplier was also expected to use their expertise to put forward their own proposals for improving air quality levels in the exceedance areas. This options appraisal is to take place via the supplier using data provided by the council to model the various different scenarios proposed. This procurement exercise was a further competition called off from the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) DPS RM6126 "Research and Insights".
