## Description

HMRC produced an Inclusive Design Guide \(IDG\) in 2019\. Since its development, and from lessons learned, it has been established that having a mix of muted coloured desk top options provides a much better working environment for colleagues - particularly colleagues with neurodiverse concerns\. Waterview Park is remaining open until 2027 and staff are still using the desks provided when it opened, over 25 years ago\. A project is underway to remove the tired desktops and replace them with white desktops from Shipley\. This has presented an opportunity to procure and fit 35% coloured desktops at the same time\. 280 coloured desk tops for required for Waterview Park Washington \(Sunderland\)
