Notice of award of contract to Royal Mail for the collection and delivery of cheque pouches on a daily basis Additional information: Contract awarded to Royal Mail due to a technical abscence of competition under regulation 32 with particular regard to the required speed of collection and delivery \(daily between 4pm and 4am\)\.
