Notice of award of contract to Royal Mail for the collection and delivery of cheque pouches on a daily basis

Additional information: Contract awarded to Royal Mail due to a technical abscence of competition under regulation 32 with particular regard to the required speed of collection and delivery (daily between 4pm and 4am). Also because of the wide and remote locations from which collection is required, 11,500 branches throughout the UK.
