A Financial Advisor has been appointed to support the Council throughout the procurement of a new Integrated Resource and Waste Management Services \(IRWMS\) Contract\. This was conducted as a Call Off Competition under the CCS Framework for Management Consultancy; Lot 4 framework agreement Ref: RM6309\.
