## Description

Plus Dane Housing wishes to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to strip out and replace the existing and defective pitched roof covering and investigate external cladding at high level, located on their building in Dingle: 315 Park Road, L8 4PF\. The contractor must be an Approved Contractor for IKO High Performance BUR Waterproofing Systems\. Your response to this ITT is to be submitted online using utilising the Delta web portal electronic tendering tool\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
