Developing a 'H2 Transport Regulatory Model Skeleton' pack\. For a variety of different aspects of a prospective price control, the pack would: \* Description of the area, identification of key areas \* Options and trade-offs \(including precedent from analogous sectors, e\.g\. gas and CCUS\) \* Soft recommendations on direction of travel This work may also consider high-level RAB financial model and analysis on cost \+ subsidy outcomes\.
