## Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council are wishing to appoint an Interior Design consultant for the QEII sheltered housing scheme\. The housing scheme currently will consist of 57 apartments for older people \(10 x 1 bed & 47 x 2 bed apartments\) all of which will be for affordable rent\. Construction of the new scheme commenced in January 2018 with an anticipated completion by late August 2019\.
