## Description

The University of Hertfordshire \("The University"\) is looking for the provision and implementation of a dedicated platform that will consolidate Health & Safety information and management tasks into a centrally accessible management system\. It aims to offer live information monitoring, action tracking, access to tools/resources \(e\.g\. risk assessment tools, improved incident reporting\), scalable reporting \(organisationally and at an SBU/department level\), and improved user interface and experience\. It is intended that the contract will run for an initial period of three years with the option to extend by a further two years in one-year increments, subject to satisfactory performance\. All University policies and regulations relating to information, security, data management, systems, and services, will apply to all contracts resulting from this tender\.
