## Description

Upgrade of existing software functions in use covering: Asset Management, Planned Works, Asbestos, Asbestos Look Up, Fire Safety, Asprey Mobile, AspireBI and any bespoke utilities\. Direct award via lot 9 \(Land, Housing and Property Management\) of the YPO Software Applications \(1095\) Framework Agreement for a period of 2 years\. The contract will commence on 04/10/24 for two years until 03/10/2026 with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period until 03/10/2027\.
