## Description

Ministry of Justice are seeking advice and tools to be used to develop a reference class forecasting tool for prisons\. This will enable HMPPS to de-risk and improve cost/time forecasting for the prison capacity projects that sit within the prison capacity sub-portfolio and for future projects\.
