Legal Services to Support Regulatory Function

Ofsted require a range of legal services from an independent private law firm at various locations throughout England to offer specialist advice and support in relation to:

• Suspension appeals • Cancellation appeals • Other appeals against enforcement action taken by Ofsted, including restriction of accommodation, refusal to waive disqualification/grant written consent etc
