Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide, the services for the full removal and replacement of the External Wall Insulation system, windows and external doors to 5 Mulberry Cottages Rectory Road, Copford Green, Colchester, CO6 1DN
