Portfolio Management

The consultants will: Conduct an evaluation exercise, report findings and make recommendations for implementation of an improved framework (Deliverable 1), based on:  The current product lifecycle management process to identify current good practice and areas for improvements across the process.  Governance (including product board) surrounding product development and product management at Jisc to identify where effectiveness of such groups could be enhanced. Construct and agree a programme of work to develop and deliver a framework and governance across all product areas within Jisc. (Deliverable 2) Develop and deliver a framework, governance and associated tools and templates, aligned to Jisc's PLM process, which identifies clear requirements and outcomes to be delivered at each stage of the product lifecycle and the associated governance to support this. (Deliverable 3)
