Debt Collection Service 2022

Livv Housing Group is looking to engage a single supplier to provide debt collection services for arrears incurred by former tenants. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one service provider. The contract is anticipated to be for 2 years with the option to extend by a further 12 months (up to a maximum 3-year contract term, subject to Livv Housing Group requirements and the successful supplier's performance). The anticipated contract commencement date is estimated to be 4 May 2022.
