## Description

HBC currently operates a fully comingled service\. Recyclables are bulked up at HBC's waste transfer station before being bulk-hauled to a sorting facility\. The current provider is unable to continue to provide these services and the new contract doesn't commence until 1st April 2021\. The Council therefore requires a bridging solution
