House Development - Doncaster

Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment on one of their new properties. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

•Rear single storey extension to create two ensuite bedrooms •Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property •Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations. •Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.

The property is located in Dunscroft, Doncaster. Site Visits. Bidders are to arrange a site visit with the Employers Agent.
