## Description

This exercise is a direct result of the approved PCR and the need for the SparkFund team to agree, measure and validate alternative measurement methodologies for proposed grant applications in a transparent and consistent manner for projects which fall outside the BEIS conversion factors toolkit\. We wish to appoint a small team of specialist consultants to work directly with businesses engaging with the Grants for R&D Low Carbon strand of the SparkFund project who are experienced in the measurement and validation of Carbon reduction activities relating to Innovation or Research & Development activity\.
