## Description

This contract is for the delivery of refurbishment and life cycle building fabric replacement projects and reactive fabric repair works at Manchester Metropolitan University\. The appointed contractor will be expected to deliver work packages \(projects\) up to a value of £50,000 and ad-hoc maintenance works upon request\. The anticipated value of works is up to £1million per annum
