Work description
A research project to examine lessons from previous Local Government Reorganisation to look critically at the challenges and outcomes of those processes for local authority historic environment service delivery models. It will identify key challenges, outcomes and effective approaches, and provide recommendations to support officers and decision-makers involved in current service reviews and reorganisation.
