## Description

The contract is for a single supplier to provide Principal Contractor Duties under CDM Regulations to deliver the IS4L Phase 3 Project involving HVAC, BMS and Building fabric upgrade works\. The full Scope of Works will be issued following submission of PQQ and successful shortlisting\. Additional information: All potential suppliers are required to complete a Pre-qualification questionnaire \(PQQ\) as an expression of interest and will be issued the invitation to tender \(ITT\) documentation should they be shortlisted following a shortlisting process\.
