Refurbishment of existing office spaces \(Rooms 010, 011, 012\) and associated areas at St Margaret's Depot to create safe, modern and fit-for-purpose accommodation for Council staff\. This procurement exercise was conducted as a mini competition under Lot 1 - Project value £0-£500k of the Leicester City Council \(LCC\) PAN2916 Construction Framework\.
