PAN3444 - Pest Control Relocation to St Margarets Depot - Office & Storeroom Refurbishment Works

Refurbishment of existing office spaces (Rooms 010, 011, 012) and associated areas at St Margaret's Depot to create safe, modern and fit-for-purpose accommodation for Council staff.

This procurement exercise was conducted as a mini competition under Lot 1 - Project value £0-£500k of the Leicester City Council (LCC) PAN2916 Construction Framework.
