design and construction of 16 new residential houses for Tandridge District Council - AWARD

Description

Tandridge District Council require a contractor for the design and build of 16 new residential houses in the Surrey area. The scope of works under this ITT comprises the demolition of existing disused sea cadets buildings and the design and construction of 16no. new residential houses with associated facilitating, parking and landscaping works at the former Sea Cadets Centre, Hawarden Road, Caterham, CR3 5QT. It should be noted that additional parking works at another Tandridge District Council owned site is included as part of this Contract as depicted in the Tender drawings. These works are along the branch of Hawarden Road to the rear of Newlands Court, Coulsdon Road, Caterham CR3 5NZ. The Contractor's attention is also drawn to the fact that the Scheme is part funded by the Government initiative Brownfield Land Release Fund (BLRF). Therefore, particular timescales must be met for entering into contract and commencing the BLRF works.
