Digital Comparison Tools Scheme Audit Services

Ofcom has a requirement for an independent technical auditor of Ofcom's voluntary accreditation scheme ('the scheme') for Digital Comparison Tools As a minimum, the external technical auditing service must deliver the following:

- Organisational experience of conducting similar audits of comparison services or similar - The ability and expertise to come up with an approach to carry out technical audits that assess whether DCTs would meet the criteria set out in our October 2020 Statement and summarised in this ITT - The ability to re-assess any existing DCT scheme members, and assess any new candidate DCTs that apply to join the scheme, and the expertise to determine if these DCTs can demonstrate that they meet the accreditation criteria as set out in our October 2020 Statement and summarised in this ITT
