## Description

The assessment service will review EA strategies and transformational programs and evaluate the degree of alignment, overlap, and conflict between them\. The evaluation will be conducted through a combination of analysis and stakeholder engagements\. The findings will be documented in a report, along with recommendations for improving strategic alignment\.
