THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION West Lancashire Borough Council \("The Council"\) is requesting information from potential providers of electric vehicle charge points\. The Council intends to procure a provider who can provide both services and works in relation to existing and potentially the replacement/installation of new charge points\.
