IT Infrastructure and Operational Support Services

Forest Research are seeking proposals for the services described in the attached document titled CR2023/24/020_IT_Infrastructure_Operational_Support_Specification.

Your proposal should include the following:

Delivery Model: The key characteristics of the service you would supply and how you would organise and resource delivery of that service.

Charges & Reimbursement: The charges you would levy and the method of reimbursement you propose.

Resourcing: The people and their skills and experience/credentials that would be used/available to deliver the service.

Evidence of current Cyber Essentials certification.

Evidence of a proven track record of successful delivery of same or comparable IT operational support services in the last 3 years.
