Work description
Research to support implementation of Primary Care Access Recovery Plan (PCARP). PCARP and Fuller Stocktake have committed to a vision for more joined up and responsive access offer for patients. This is a direct response to growing patient dissatisfaction and frustration as evident in the recent 2023 GPPS survey findings.
