## Description

Warwickshire County Council is seeking Tender Responses to provide an externally hosted cloud-based solution to support the administration needs of Warwickshire Music and its stakeholders \(WCC Managers, Administrators, Teachers, Schools, Parents and Pupils\)\. Contract Term - The contract term comprises of the implementation period and the service period\. The initial service period will be 5 years from the successful Go-Live date \(post implementation\) with options to further extend in multiple periods of up to 36 months\. Total potential contract duration is therefore up to 8 years at the discretion of the Council, plus the agreed implementation period prior to Service commencement\. The contract start date is therefore anticipated between 01/01/2025 & 31/03/2025, The date will be dependent on the outcome of the tender \(& successful Supplier\) and the complexity of the transition\. It is anticipated that the Go-Live \(Service\) period is between March and September 2025\. The solution must be fully implemented by the end of December 2025\. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system \(In-Tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
