## Description

To determine the optimal approach for, and subsequently deliver, the migration of a dataset from a deprecated, end-of-life archived application to a new service for the purposes of maintaining data access for the policy team\. The target service must enable authorised Home Office staff to search the dataset using defined criteria and to review matching records\. The migration approach must also establish a process for the permanent deletion of records in line with approved data retention policies\.
