Description
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ("the council") are seeking to appoint a professional consultant to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of the emerging Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 and to ensure the delivery of a sound Local Plan in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
