## Description

The current support service expires on 14th May 2025\. As a key solution for HM Coastguard \(HMCG\), the existing Alerting and Tasking solution instantly notifies via SMS and email Coastguard Rescue Officers and Full-time Officers \(FTO\) about Coastguard incidents with informative messages direct from the operations room\. It is essential this service is maintained and that this renewal is agreed, in the meantime a new solution will be sought in line with the newly released MCA IT Strategy 2025-2028 and a new tender will be issued accordingly\. This is a call-off contract is from the RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions framework agreement\.
