## Description

The aim of this procurement is to contract with a Supplier to complete all Planned, Preventative Maintenance \(PPM\), reactive and remedial works pertaining to Air Conditioning across STFC Estates\. This contract is for 2 years, with two optional extensions of one year starting from approximately mid October 2022\. We are looking to contract with a specialist an Air Conditioning maintenance supplier who has the technical capability to deliver all aspects of these services stated in the tender documentation\.
