## Description

Oxford City Council wish to carry out a STAR survey for all of its 6,967 tenants and 701 leaseholders in 2021\. This is then to become an annual satisfaction survey\. Previous STAR satisfaction surveys have only been carried out as a sample\. We now require the opportunity to be provided to all of our tenants and leaseholders i\.e\. a census\.
