Work description
MDDC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the replacement roofing programme at numerous Council houses within Mid Devon during the financial years from 2020-2023
The aim is to provide fit for purpose roofing to match the existing and safe and low maintenance homes for the next 50 years.
The Contract shall be awarded for three years, starting during April 2020 and terminating on the 31 March 2023. The works will be carried out in three phases, starting and completing as follows.
Phase 1 Start 4 April 2020 Completion 31 March 2021 Phase 2 Start 1 April 2021 Completion 31 March 2022 Phase 3 Start 1 April 2022 Completion 31 March 2023
