## Description

Netcall provide and support the IVR which answers all of our non emergency telephone calls on either 01162222222 and 101\. It also provides voice recognition and is used to route calls to the appropriate person or department without having to go via the Switchboard\. This is a contract award\. This purchase is a continuation of an existing agreement and competition is absent for technical reasons
