GB-Rochford: Soft Market Testing for the operation of the Café at The Mill Arts & Events Centre

Following the decision taken by Full Council, Rochford District Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise for the reopening and future operation of the café within the Mill Arts and Events Centre, located on Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7ED. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
