Matrix Programme: Tech TOM and Service Mapping

Technology Specific Target Operating Model - The Supplier will update the technology-agnostic TOM and products to ensure they are technology specific and aligned with the emerging technology design.

Service Maps & Service Overviews - The Supplier will support the service design team to develop the Matrix Service Maps and produce a set of service overviews which come together to create the first version of the Matrix Service Catalogue.
