## Description

VOA is looking for a partner to : Assist the Programme Director and Programme Manager to develop a structure for the whole Programme, through all phases of the Agile delivery model including the technical Delivery teams and identifying the necessary programme resources/ teams and structures required \(in a multifunctional model\)\. This will inform the development of revised programme costs\.
