## Description

The Council required the appointment of an Architect, Conservation Architect and Heritage Consultant to develop the RIBA Stage 3 design package and to potentially progress the project through further RIBA stages\. Due to the time-critical nature of the funding requirements, the Council made a compliant direct award via the Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework\. The value of the contract for RIBA Stage 3 is £45,000 \(exclusive of VAT\)\. Subject to funding being secured, subsequent RIBA stages, with a total potential contract value of £223,435\.65 \(exclusive of VAT\)\.
